Have More Fun in sometimes hard
With so much you must do it is sometimes hard to have fun. Fun is a way to relax, relieve stress, and maintain balance in life. As a child it is easier to have fun. As an adult, fun is less of a priority instead you thing about responsibilities and doing the things you feel you should.
Why is having more fun important?
Fun, laughter, and otherwise having fun allows you to blow off stress. It prevents burnout that can happen while you are dealing with work, chores and all the other responsibilities life brings. It does not take much to help your life and give you benefits.

It does not take a lot to add more to your day. Enjoy music, listen to your favorite songs. Go play with your pets. Play a game with your loved ones. Rather than exercise like you normally would, do some other activity that is fun and enjoyable. Play basketball, hit a tennis ball against a wall.
What will this do?
Spending just a little time having fun will go a long way toward adding more enjoyment and reducing your stress level. Finding ways to add fun in things big and small will help you enjoy the moment you are in right now, no matter what is happening.
Why is being in the now so important?
Enjoying your time right now will make life less stressful. When you have more fun you can find more ways to enjoy life and how you enjoy life is infectious to other people you know. This builds in a loop that creates more love and more fun for yourself and those you know.

Fun is something that is even better shared. Ever notice how a movie is more enjoyable with others than it is alone. Sharing a joke or watching a movie with friends and family is a way to share fun with others and add more fun in your life. Adding a game night to your regular schedule brings laughter, fun and a shared experience with others is a great way to add more joy to your life and others.
When should I add more fun?
Rather than wait until you are stressed or overwhelmed, have fun when you can. When you add a regularly scheduled date with fun you are doing a preventative treatment. Things that might normally stress you become easier to handle and what might normally annoy you becomes fun. It is a way of seeking fun rather than waiting for it, and we all deserve more fun.

A friend recently asked me to define joy and fun. I thought for a moment and started with what I believe what fun is. In my humble opinion, fun is something that is temporary, it only last for a moment. When I think of fun i think of kids, vicariously playing and laughing, keeping them selves amused.
There is nothing wrong with fun, it brings that temporary moment of amusement to break up the boredom of the moment. Fun is great for entertainment, but soon there after you must get back to reality. Children love to have fun and they should, they are children and they should be allowed to run free, play and enjoy this thing we call fun. When I thought about looking at how fun is defined, I was surprised at how on target I was with the definition, take a look:
